Join Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Dr. Carly Oberbeck and other pregnant folks for a birth prep class prioritizing your pelvic floor! You will learn mobility and stretching for birth prep, how to connect with your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy, breath work and labor positions to help decrease pelvic floor compromise during labor and how to set yourself up for success postpartum! This is also a great opportunity to learn about your pelvic floor, to ask questions and to connect with other pregnant folks!
