About the event

All Library classes are FREE to the public!! Classes are best for expecting parents and it doesn’t matter which trimester you are in when you take the class! I also welcome any support folks (spouses, partners, grandparents, older children, friends of the breastfeeding parent) as well as birth workers and other providers in a birth and postpartum supportive profession!

Each class is about 2 hours, this is not a series of classes. In a 2 hour class you can expect to learn how to initiate breastfeeding, how to control engorgement, proper latch, how to know baby is well fed, how to maintain breastfeeding past the first week, how to set up a supportive breastfeeding journey, learn about local supportive resources and you will get to connect with other Nashville families! If you have any questions please reach out to lauren@realisticallyfed.com!
