Families can connect with one another and expect to learn how milk is made, how to initiate breastfeeding, how to control engorgement, proper latch, how to know baby is well fed, how to maintain breastfeeding moving past the first week and how to set up a supportive breastfeeding journey.

About the event
Families can connect with one another and expect to learn how milk is made, how to initiate breastfeeding, how to control engorgement, proper latch, how to know baby is well fed, how to maintain breastfeeding moving past the first week and how to set up a supportive breastfeeding journey. The class is taught by Lauren Jones, Certified Lactation Counselor and Owner of Realistically Fed. The classroom is on the 3rd floor on the Public Technology side, Lavelle will be at the desk to show you were the classroom is. Please bring your partner or another support person if they can come!
